Refund policy


  1. Custom Services
    Due to the customized nature of our CAD design services, refunds are not provided once work has commenced.

  2. Revision Requests
    We offer infinite rounds of revisions to ensure satisfaction. Revisions may incur extra charges.

  3. Cancellation
    If the customer cancels a project before work begins, no refund will be issued. After work has started, refunds are prorated based on work completed or as stated in specific contract signed with customer



Return policy


  1. Damaged parts
    3D printed parts who got damaged or destroyed during transportation will be refunded if the fault lies with the shipping company. Transportation insurance will always be added. When the 3D printed part got damaged due to neglect from customers side, there will be no refund.

  2. Incorrect address
    If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Shipping Policy 


At CADesign Solutions, we strive to ensure that all shipments are delivered promptly and securely. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping of physical products.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation or as stated in specific contract.
  • Custom or large-scale projects may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during the order process.

2. Shipping Methods
Shipping methods are always discussed with costumer for their specific demands of projects.
Shipping costs vary depending on the selected method, destination, and the size/weight of the shipment.

3. Shipping Destinations
We ship only withing EU, non-schengen EU countries and UK. Please note that shipping to remote locations may result in longer delivery times and additional charges.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, and weight of the package.
  • Clients are responsible for all shipping fees, including any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees for international orders.

6. Packaging

We take great care to ensure that all products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If you have specific packaging requirements, please inform us in advance.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Shipments: If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within up to 7 business days of receiving the order. Include photographs of the damaged product and packaging for verification.
  • Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at for assistance.
  • Additinal insurance: All shipments will be additinally insured

8. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

9. International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
  • Clients are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
